Symptoms
Cause
 Invalid Connection Settings
The Primavera SDK is using different password encryption then other products in the Primavera suite. This can occur if a Service Pack has been applied to other Primavera products that connect to the Primavera P6 database, but the SDK has not been upgraded to the same version. The password will not be resolved correctly because the encryption method is different
 User Privileges are not correct
SDK is being used with an application which is located in a folder with parenthesis and connecting to an Oracle database. This issue is common on 64 bit machines.
