"Calendar <calendar name> Cannot Be Deleted Because It Is Used By Other Projects" (Doc ID 894451.1)

Symptoms

Error: "CALENDAR cannot be deleted because it is used by other projects." 

When this message is displayed, the The "Used by" option can either display any Projects or Resources using the calendar or the dialog box can be blank:

 

The "Used by" option does not display any Projects whose activities have been assigned to this calendar or any Resources using the calendar.
