How to Set Requisition / Cost Options for a Contract

Set Requisition / Cost Options in Contract Management.
There are two separate Requisition / Cost Options that are referenced.
- Project Settings, Requisitions
Project Settings, Requisition selections will auto-populate the Contract, Requisition / Cost Options, when a contract is initially created in the specified project. This ensures a consistent approach with functions, such as Retainage Calculations. After a contract is created, the Requisition / Cost Options can be modified as desired within the contract record.
- Contract, Requisition / Cost Options
After a contract is created, the Requisition / Cost Options can be modified as desired within the contract record. Open the Contract in edit mode, click on Select An Action drop-down menu, and choose either Requisition Options or Cost Options. The menu item is referenced as Cost Options in newer versions of Contract Management.
