Goal

This document walks a user through re-establishing connectivity to share drives that stop working after upgrading.
Attachment map drives that worked in the previous version are now invalid. 

New map drives, created after the upgrade, work properly and UNC paths work properly.

A red line goes through the attachment location icon. Attachment map drives stop working after upgrading. Mapped drives are created when a user logs into Windows. 

Example: User123 logs into Windows, and R:\, S:\ & T:\ are created
