Primavera Contract Manager is Trying to Connect to the Wrong Oracle Server and "HTTP Status 500" When Logging In

Contract Manager is trying to connect to the wrong Oracle server. Even though the correct Oracle server connection information is being entered into the Server Config utility, Contract Manager is still trying to connect to the wrong Oracle server. In systems utilizing the JBoss application server, the expedition-ds.xml file contains incorrect Oracle connection information, even though the correct information is being entered into Server Config.
Errors can include:
- "HTTP Status 500" or internal server error thrown, when trying to log in.
- The following error is seen in the server log file: TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor.
- The Oracle server machine name or IP Address has been changed.
- The Oracle database server has been moved to a different machine.
