Contract Management data export and data import process is only supported in specific modules. The intent of these features is to move similar data from project to project, where applicable. This requires the data be manually entered into the application interface once.
The export \ import process is not designed as a batch data entry method without using the application user interface.
Manipulating the exported data prior to import may result in formatting issues.

The purpose of this document is to assist resolving the "The import file is not formatted correctly..." or "...Could not commit transaction..." errors when attempting to import into Contract Management
