Contract Management opens but page does not fully load.
The Java Runtime Environment Cannot Be Loaded From <\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll
Contract Management cannot fully access the Java Runtime Environment (JRE).

Changes

Java Runtime Environment was updated on the client machine

Java was uninstalled from the client machine
