"Connection Failed: Database Server Not Running" When Attempting to Create an ODBC Connection to the Primavera Contract Management Database

- "Connection failed: Database server not running" error, when attempting to create an ODBC connection.
- When attempting to create an ODBC connection over the network from a workstation to the Database server, receive error: "Connection failed: Database server not running."
All parameters on the Login and Database tabs are correct. The database is running. Can successfully create a connection using the exact same parameters from a DSN created on the Database server itself.
