Symptoms

The List of Projects is not available when Importing an Excel file.

Project list is blank when updating an existing Project using Import.
Project list blank when importing Excel spreadsheet XLS or XLSX file.
Unable to select a Project for Import.
Unable to Import an Excel spreadsheet file.
Projects names are missing in the Excel Import Wizard.
