Symptoms

The following Event Codes are received while trying to Update Baseline or run Claim Digger from within Project Management connecting to a SQL Server database:

When selecting More to the event code, the following detail is presented:

com.primavera.ServerException: Unable to load the list of database instances. Verify that the name attribute of the "BootStrap.Configurations.BRE" element in BREBootStrap.xml lists a valid configuration. If not, use the Database Configuration Setup utility or Administrator application to add a new configuration.
