Symptoms

Dates are not updating as expected when using Update Progress feature.

Level of Effort actual dates are changing when running update progress.

Dates are wrong after running Update Progress.

Update progress is putting in the wrong finish date.

If resource does not have Auto-compute actuals selected in the dictionary, the resource assignment may prevent the activity from apply actual dates when addressed by Update Progress.
