User Not Prompted to Change Password (Doc ID 903152.1)

Symptoms

In the Contract Management Administration application, the user's account has been flagged to require a new password, but the user is not being prompted to change their password when logging in to Contract Management.

Note: To force a user to change their password, go to Contract Management Administration > User Accounts > [open User Account] and check the box next to Requires new password at next login.
