Purpose
This document provides:
- Information regarding considerations and requirements for importing Microsoft Project (MSP) files including MPP, MPX, and XML into P6 and Contractor.
- Information regarding compatibility between P6 and Microsoft Project 2003, 2007, and 2010.
- An explanation of how to avoid receiving the following error during import:
- Microsoft Office Project does not support saving projects into ODBC, MPD, or MDB formats. Please save the file in a format that is supported by Project.
