"There is not enough space available on the disk C:\" To install contract manager. (Doc ID 906449.1)

Symptoms

The C:\ does not have the required space to install Contract Manager, but the desired location is on a different local disk drive that does have enough space.  When running the Contract Manager upgrade installer, the following message appears:   

There is not enough space available on the disk "C:\" to install Contract Manager
Required 425 MB
Available (Less than 425 MB)
Please free up some space or change the target location to a diffrent disk. 

 

The installer does not give the user the option to change target directory.  There is only the option to click 'OK'.
