Other existing User Accounts may be able to log in successfully on this same workstation. Project Tree and Control Center are blank when logging into Contract Manager with a new User Account.
The Project Tree's box (frame) displays with no contents. The "expand all" and "collapse all" links above the Project Tree are visible.
