HTTP 500 or Internal Server Error when trying to Upload an Attachment in Contract Management (Doc ID 909245.1)

When trying to upload an attachment, an HTTP 500 or Internal Server Error window opens. One of the errors in the HTTP 500 error window contains a phrase similar to: "java.lang(outofmemory)". Attachment directories have been set up in the Contract Manager Administration area and are in use.
