Print Preview Error: "Could Not Get a Database Connection" (Doc ID 910635.1)

Purpose

When Print Previewing, the following error displays: 

Could not get a database connection = DisableBind=1, BindSPInput = 'Yes', Driver ='com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver', URL='jdbc:sqlserver//instancename:1433;database=CMPROJ;sendStringParametersAsUnicode=false. Please check your CLASSPATH.

Note: In some cases, Print Preview works when running expedition.bat (rather than the Primavera Contract Management service).
