Java Security Warning When Accessing the Contract Management Login Page

Symptoms
When attempting to access the login page of Primavera Contract Management, any of the following error messages are thrown.
- Java Security Warning: The application requires an earlier version of Java. Do you want to continue? The required version of Java, 1.5.0_13, is not the latest and may not contain the latest security updates. The required version of Java, 1.5.0_10, is not the latest and may not contain the latest security updates.
- A new version of JRE has been installed. Your browser needs to be restarted for these changes to take effect. <br><br>Please click OK to close the browser.
- Security Warning
Block potentially unsafe components from being run?
