Goal

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 prompts on install as to whether to use Windows Authentication, which authenticated database server logins against the operating system user matrix, or Mixed Mode Authentication, which allows explicit server users to be defined within Microsoft SQL Server in addition to the authenticated Windows users.  The default sysadmin user account is sa.  The Contract Manager database wizard requires this account - or another sysadmin user - to create the Contract Manager databases and authenticated users.  It can not connect via Windows Authentication.
