Importing Reports and Forms fails from the Contract Management Administration "Server Configuration" screen

When importing reports and forms from the main Server Configuration screen of Contract Management Administration, an invalid directory error is thrown. However, when importing from a specific "Report and Form Locations" or "Multiproject Report" window, it's successful.
