Unable to Edit a Document in Contract Manager after the Approval Process Has Been Started (Doc ID 912133.1)

Symptoms

When initiating the Approval Process, the following message appears:

This document cannot be edited during a review process. Do you want to initiate this process?

The user is unable to edit the document after the Approval process has been started, even though they have sufficient rights and the document has not been Approved or Closed.
