Symptoms

JVM Launch Error message occurs when installing/upgrading P6 Database using the dbsetup.bat utility

Examples of commonly seen error messages:

-Unable to access .jar file ...LIB\DBMT.jar
-Unable to access .jar file C:\...lib\jdom.jar
-Unable to access .jar file C:\Users\Admin\P6_70_Client_Applications\install\database\lib\dbmti.jar
