Symptoms

Database: Microsoft SQL Server The Contract associated with the problem Requisition has one or more unit price items. Error attempting to certify first generated Requisition.

Cannot certify this Requisition because the total of the Scheduled Value column (C) in the Schedule of Values does not equal the Contract Sum to Date in the Requisition Summary.
Increase the total Scheduled Value by the following amount: $XX.XX

The amount will vary depending on specific line item amounts.
