Symptoms
RDC 4.5.3 reports tab : A new Patient Data Report (PDR) completes with RS_FAILURE when executed in Test mode. However it is possible for the same user to create a new 'Blank Case Report' (completes with "SUCCESS" status).
The PDR log file shows the following errors :
LOG :
Report: c:\oracle\opapps45\oc\RXCDMLPD.rep
Logged onto server: PROD1
Username: INV
MSG MSG-00005: Graphic PDR ends with error : No CRF data has been entered for the selected visit / patient. Please see the java log file for details: \\<PATH>\inv(test)\prod1\jxxxx.log
ERR REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
ERR Error occurred sending Job output to cache
