Receiving Error Message When Uploading Large File To GRC Manager (Doc ID 941911.1)

Symptoms

When attaching a file with a size over ~3MB in the GRC Manager 7.7.2 application, the following error is displayed:

Server Error in '/OracleGRCManager' Application.
Maximum request length exceeded.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request.
Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the
code.

Exception Details: System.Web.HttpException: Maximum request length exceeded.
