Symptoms

When starting the LTMHServer and then the Runtime Service for BUSINESSBROKER, an error occurs.

The error below is from the Runtime Service log file, the custom.<Class> in the message may vary. This applies to Runtime Services that use a Business Rule that has the Business Rule Type = "JAVA".

This error began occurring after reinstalling the Oracle Utilities Meter Data Applications software.
