Goal

One of the challenges of deploying OPA 4.5 via the internet concerns how to secure such a server. Reverse Proxy is a network technology that allows a company to place a single server in the public internet and allow public users to connect to countless other web servers on the company’s intranet. What reverse proxy allows the company to do is deploy their applications to the internet without the need to open up their firewalls to public traffic. RDC 4.5 is an excellent candidate for deployment via this model.

This paper goes into the details that concern deploying an OPA 4.5 middle tier via a Reverse Proxy network model.
