Goal
While trying to migrate an account through CMT (Conversion Management Tool), we have the below requirement :
We have two devices (/dev/num) associated with three services and the balance groups for such an account should be created based on device numbers, i.e. all the services under 1 device should fall under a single balance group.
Example:
