Unable To Retrieve Price List From Database After Commiting a New Product To The Database (Doc ID 943155.1)

Goal

Consider this scenario:

The user needs to commit a new product with 167200 impact categories while there is a similar sized product in the database already.  The commit was successful, but the price list was unable to be retrieved anymore from database with pricing tool client or testnap with the get price list opcode.  The user has tried to modify the parameters in dm pin.conf dm_bigsize and dm_shmsize but it was still the same issue because it always stopped at the same row. The last row in CM is CMAP: Polling for shutdown request.

Steps:
1- Open Pricing Center
2- Import XML File with the product
3- Commit to database
4- Close Pricing Tool
5- Open Pricing Tool
6- Get price list from database from first button
7- Nothing happens


How to retrieve the price list from the database in this situation?

Why didn't this work while doing the following with testnap to launch this opcode in Unix server?

Should any DM configuration be changed?
