One of my users received an email stating that a particular work order task had been finished but
there was an open PO. I understand that this is a legitimate system generated message, but the
user who received the email was not the buyer on the PO and had no connection to the PO at all.
What determines who should receive the following Alert?
The PO(s) referenced on Work Order XXXXXXXX Task XX is still open and the Work Order Task has been finished. If the item is no longer required, the PO Item needs to be Canceled.
