This troubleshooting guide will assist users in gathering information beyond Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) RfTransport and Server logs, when the RfTransport Administration screen shows the "Number of Application Connections" has dropped to zero, but the Server Administration screen shows the RF/COMMS Interface is connected.
The user should open an SR and provide these details for further investigation.
