Planning Data Collection Errors Out When MSC: Configuration Is Changed From APS To APS&CP (Doc ID 946662.1)

Symptoms

On a centralized planning environmen):

Standard Oracle data collection ODS data load worker completes with errors when doing a complete data collection. When trying to activate Oracle Collaborative Planning and doing a complete data collection with the MSC Configuration profile set to APS. The profile option value for 'MSC: Configuration' is changed to APS & CP, the complete data collection completes with an error. When running a target data collection excluding items and the profile set to APS & CP, the collection finishes. When turning items on with this profile set to APS & CP, the collection completes with the following error in the Planning ODS Load Worker:

Procedure LOAD_ITEM started.
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 16408 bytes (koh-kghu call ,pmucalm coll)
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 16408 bytes (koh-kghu call ,pmucalm coll)
Sending message :-9999999 to monitor.


Steps:
1) Change MSC Configuration Profile from APS to APS & CP
2) Run full data collection changing the User Company Association to enable company association (this is required by CP)
