When Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) integrates with Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), the MWM Router error logs have Soap Fault Client Error messages. The router web service thread fails to send message 98 information to CC&B because an NDS record may not be found for the specified Message ID and Service Provider. A sample error message is shown below.
