After Upgrade Can Not Do Saveas On Doc Object When Manufacturers Tab Is Disabled (Doc ID 946834.1)

Symptoms

On 9.2.2.6 in Production:
When attempting to do a Save As from a Document object the following error occurs:

ERROR
In Java Client - UNKNOWN ERROR
In Web Client - Null!

Java Console Text:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.agile.pc.cmserver.item.ItemMfrDAO.insertRowSaveAs(ItemMfrDAO.java:493)
at com.agile.pc.cmserver.item.ItemServiceMfr.insertSaveAsRow(ItemServiceMfr.java:429)
at com.agile.pc.cmserver.base.RedlineServiceTable.saveAs(RedlineServiceTable.java:3436)
at com.agile.pc.cmserver.item.ItemServiceMfr.saveAs(ItemServiceMfr.java:962)
at com.agile.pc.cmserver.base.BaseService.doSaveAs(BaseService.java:1882)
at com.agile.pc.cmserver.base.BaseService.saveAs(BaseService.java:1757)
at com.agile.pc.cmserver.item.ItemService.saveAs(ItemService.java:6797)

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Java / Web Client (administrator/agile123)
2. Search for a document
3. Perform SaveAs to see the error.

NOTE : document 770005 has data in the Manufacturer tab and this Tab has been disabled at the
Class and SubClass level.
IF we enable the manufacturer tab at the SubClass level, SaveAs operation can be performed without
errors.

Changes

- Upgraded from Agile 8.5 to 9.2.2.6

- Disabled Manufacturers Tab on Documents Subclass
