Server Error When Navigating To Bill Segment In CCB (Doc ID 947717.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to navigate to a Bill Segment from any of the following points:

a Server Error occurs and an error similar to the following appears in the log file:

SYSUSER - 564543-387-1 17:31:20,289 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '5' for queue:
'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR (web.dataservlet.PageRead) Unexpected error.
com.splwg.base.support.cobol.host.InputClosedException:
The following stacked messages were reported as the LoggedException was rethrown:

The root LoggedException was: The input was closed.



Additionally, when searching for a bill segment (e.g. by bill segment id) the search does find the bill segment, but then gives the server error when it tries to display the bill segment.
