This problem can occur on any platform.


On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), after migrating OBIEE from a Windows to Linux server for performance reasons, when attempting to login to the FSI PFT dashboard, the following error occurs:

ODBC driver returned an error (SQLDriverConnectW).
State: 08004. Code: 10018. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: 08004] [nQSError: 10018] Access for the
requested connection is refused.
[nQSError: 43004] Session: c59a0000 repository name: FSIPFT is invalid (08004)

1. Attempt to login into dashboard after installation of OBIEE on Linux
