ORA-01552 and ORA-00942 Rollback Segments Offline Received During Installation (Doc ID 949371.1)

Symptoms

This is a fatal error that can occur when installing ASAP.

This error occurs because when ASAP's Oracle database was created, the rollback segments where offline by default. These rollback segments have to be online by the Oracle system account.

The ASAP installation will have to be redone.

These errors are found in the ASAP installation file CreateDatabase.log:
