Symptoms
This is a fatal error that occurs when starting the SRP emulator or NEP server (either independently - starts (-d) $SRP/$NEP - or as part of the series of ASAP servers starting during the script start_asap_sys -d).
Here, the SRP emulator server is starting up (after the other ASAP servers have started properly), and in the dialogue file (SRP_${ENV_ID}.diag):
