Fatal Exception Received In RSM Screens, But Able To Navigate In RPM (Doc ID 950348.1)

Symptoms

A fatal exception is received when you click on User Administration or any tab in Retail Security Manager (RSM).
However, you are able to login to Retail Price Management (RPM) screens without any problems.

Error Received in RPM Oc4j Log:

09:07:16,390 ERROR (RMICallHandler-24) JDBCExceptionReporter ORA-01017: invalid
username/password; logon denied

09:07:16,391 ERROR (RMICallHandler-24) RPMSessionBeanCommand Unknown exception thrown while
executing: com.retek.rpm.app.core.service.BaseStatusPageAppServiceCmtEjb$1@1d23e41
com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSystemException:
net.sf.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Cannot open connection

at com.retek.rpm.domain.core.dao.DbOperation.getConnection(DbOperation.java:23)

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to RPM
2. click RSM
3. Click User Administration Tab.
     Fatal Exception is received.
