Portals and Zones configuration and Characteristic types, as well as a few other things, can be
transported using bundles. There are, however, a few types of configuration that cannot be
transported using the bundling mechanism. How can these types of configuration be migrated from
one system to another?

The different configuration items that belong to this category identified so far are the following:
-- Menu items
-- Users
-- Override labels on table fields.
-- UDDFK constraints configuration.
-- UDDFK mapping configuration.
-- Language configuration.
This configuration is stored in the SPLADM schema is different tables.

UDDFK's are being used and parts of the interface has been translated using override labels.

Each environment could be configured manually based on a set of documents detailing the different
steps and exact configuration required. However, manually configuring these environments is both labor intensive and error-prone.
Before starting to roll out these environments, are there other alternatives?
