Goal

When ASCP explodes bills of material that have yield requirements, it produces quantities based on the yields.
We have integer settings to round the quantities in the BOM setup and planned orders are in integer quantities.
We expect that ASCP will create pegging in integer quantities instead of fractional pegging quantities in plan output pegging display.
