'Access Denied' Error when Clicking on the 'Custom Help' Icon Within The HTML CRF. (Doc ID 951196.1)

Symptoms

RDC 4.6 Onsite : The following error pops up when clicking on the 'Custom Help' toolbar button within a HTML CRF :

 

"Access Denied"

 

The issue only happens when using the Internet Explorer browser - the custom PDF 'help' document can be successfully accessed when using Mozilla Firefox.
