Symptoms

When Propagating changes from the Master Component Library (MCL) to all the linked Business Processes an error is received:

Exception
Error in SingleProcessUpdateComponents; Error in BPCoverDocuments.pSaveAll; Error in
ControlsColl.pSaveAll; Error in ControlsColl.pSave; Argument 'Index' is not a valid value.
at SoxNav.MasterComponentUpdate.SingleProcessUpdateComponents(String strProcessDocId)
at SoxNav.BusProcCover.btnRefreshFrom MCL_Click(Object sender,EventArgs e)

Changes
