How To Fix "Ora-1467" Instead Of Increase Db_block_size (Doc ID 952074.1)

Goal

A view with 146 columns get error "ORA-1467 sort key too long". According to Doc ID 216115.1 the
fix is to increase db_block_size to 16K (our current size is 8192).
