How To Use Profile MSC: Purchase Order Dock Date Calculation With Both Settings - Need By Date and Promise Date (Doc ID 953376.1)

Goal

How can we setup to have some organizations use profile MSC: Purchase Order Dock Date Calculation Preference with setting of Promise Date and other Organizations use this setting as Need By Date.

We have set of orgs where we have setup the profile at responsibility level for Need By Date Site level is Promise Date
When we run planning for Promise Date orgs we run from one responsibility
When we run planning for Need by date orgs, then we run from other responsibility.

Problem is that all PO/Reqs are collected using site level value of Promise Date, which makes planning for the subset of orgs where Need by Date is required to be incorrect in reschedule messages.
