Sonet Block Missing Equipment & Incorrect Direction

Symptoms
The SONET OC48 shelf is missing from the SONET Block assignment. Also, the assignments in the block in are backwards. The direction of the assignments go from the SONET ring channel assignment to the DSX3 and then to the SONET Mappers. The OC48 shelf is missing from the design.
Starting from the original ring and channel 16 assignment, the customers design lines is missing the OC48 shelf equipment, and the hardwired drop equipment is reversed. The OC48 shelf equipment should be listed next to the channel assignment and the next equipment should be the DS3 MAPPER follow by the DSX3 equipment.
