Users Assigned to AERS_USERS Group Cannot See Portal Tabs (Doc ID 953770.1)

When a newly created user logs into the front end portal for a standard installation of Oracle Adverse Event Reporting System (AERS) they only see the Pharma Solutions tab.  Typically they should also see Case Metrics, AERS Reports and AERS Folders.  Assigning the users to the AERS_ADMINISTRATORS group gives them access to all the tabs, but also gives them access to the Administration tab which could pose security and performance problems.
