Unable to Access Collaborator Workbench, Workflow Manager After Deploying demantra.war File (Doc ID 954484.1)

Symptoms

On 7.3 in Production:
When attempting to access the Demantra Collaborator Workbench after redeploying the WAR file,
the following error occurs:

collaborator.log file shows:

Changes

This is a new installation . I configured Native Datasource and redeploy war file. Issue did not get resolved.
