Unable to Access Collaborator Workbench, Workflow Manager After Deploying demantra.war File (Doc ID 954484.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On 7.3 in Production:
When attempting to access the Demantra Collaborator Workbench after redeploying the WAR file,
the following error occurs:

"An error occurred while processing the page you requested "

collaborator.log file shows:


[OC4J Launcher] WARN appserver.system: The system had failed to query APS_PARAMS table for system configurations. System defaults will be used.
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

This is a new installation . I configured Native Datasource and redeploy war file. Issue did not get resolved.
