Goal

The users are going to switch on the daylight savings time(DST) on 1st November, that is clocks will be moved one hour ahead.  What is the recommendation of Oracle for this, do the users need to restart the server after the time has been changed. The users also need to assess the impact of ongoing calls.  How will the users be impacted since clocks are moved ahead.
