DM_FUSA "unexpected EOF" During Pin_collect Processing

When pin_collect/dm_fusa sends a batch request to Paymentect, Paymentech does acknowledging the request and successfully processing them. However, pin_collect/dm_fusa reports an "unexpected EOF" when trying to get the response file.
Paymentech indicated that the necessary RFR (request for response) was not sent as part of the 2-call protocol. The 2-call protocol should be set up as what the BRM documentation stated, but pin_collect/dm_fusa was not honoring this protocol.
